Aurora Art Trading Inc, doing business as "GotSMS" ("GotSMS", "we", "us", or "our"), operates https://gotsms.org and provides temporary and dedicated phone number rental services for SMS and voice verification purposes. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. Effective date: January 1, 2023.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion.

Your continued use of our services after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of that change. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, your only remedy is to discontinue using our services.

Prohibited Activities

Use of our services to engage in, promote, or facilitate illegal or abusive activity is strictly prohibited. Any misuse of our services will result in immediate and indefinite suspension or termination of access, regardless of payment status.

Our services are available only to individuals 21 years of age or older. If any user is found to be under this age, all associated accounts and services will be terminated immediately.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including usernames, passwords, and any other identifying information. You agree to keep your account information up to date at all times.

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension, ban, or restriction is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all related accounts.

Phone Numbers

Any phone numbers ("numbers") provided to you through our services are temporary and are not your property. These numbers are provided for verification purposes only and may change or become unavailable at any time, at our discretion. Sharing, reselling, or disclosing these numbers to third parties is prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms, which may result in account termination.

By using our services, you acknowledge that: number availability is subject to change; GotSMS is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use or misuse of a number; and the Service is limited to verification processes only — beginning when you request a number and ending once you receive the verification code.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GotSMS, its owners, and affiliates from and against any liability arising out of your use of the Service or any provided numbers.

Purchases, Cancellation & Refunds

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and certain cryptocurrencies, and reserve the right to modify or discontinue any payment method at any time.

To use our services, you may be required to purchase GotSMS credits through an available payment method. We are not responsible for incorrect payments, payments made to impersonating entities, or payment errors made by users. Prices, credit values, and payment options are subject to change at any time.

Refunds or credit reversals are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Payments made in cryptocurrency are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any reason, including, but not limited to, misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your use of our services at your discretion, except where access has been terminated due to a violation of these Terms. Refunds are not issued for voluntary cancellations or unused time.

Delivery

Service delivery begins immediately upon successful payment and account activation. We provide digital services only — no physical products are included.

If you experience issues accessing the Service, it is your responsibility to contact support for assistance. We may restrict or deny delivery of services if your account has been previously banned or terminated; it is your responsibility to ensure your account is in good standing before using our services.

Warranties Disclaimer

We make no warranties or representations that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted, or that it will be free of errors or defects.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that determination will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it valid, enforceable, and reflective of our original intent.
